Meetings of the MFA will be scheduled for noon on the first Tuesday
of the month, except for the October and April meetings, which will be
scheduled as meetings of the Faculty-at-Large (designated with *). Meetings
may be rescheduled if conflicts arise. Currently, meetings are held in
the Norris Medical Library Conference Room.

As needed, meetings of the MFAEB will be scheduled for
1 PM on all Tuesdays except those Tuesdays on which there is a scheduled
meeting of the MFA or the Faculty-at-Large. Currently, the meeting are
held in 101 MMR.
May 1: Deadline for receipt by the office of Assistant Dean of Faculty Affairs of nominations to be included on ballots. Ballots shall allow for write-in votes.
May 3: The office of the Assistant Dean of Faculty Affairs will mail ballots to the work address of all faculty eligible to vote. The ballots will be marked and returned to the same office.
May 20: Deadline for receipt of ballots by the office of the Assistant Dean of Faculty Affairs.
May 21: Counting of ballots by the office of the Assistant Dean for Faculty Affairs. The ballots will be retained until at least September 1, after which time they may be discarded, unless a request to preserve the ballots is received.
April 6: At its April meeting (which may be the meeting of the Faculty-at-Large), the nominating committee shall present the nominations to the MFA, and call for additional nominations.
May 4: At its May meeting, the President elect shall announce the current nominees, and again call for additional nominations.
June 1: At its June meeting, with the newly elected
representatives installed, the representatives shall vote by secret ballot
for the officers, members of the MFAEB, and Senators to the Academic Senate.
Those elected shall be installed as the last item of business at the meeting.
