Thank you for bringing the recommendation from the MFA to the November 25
meeting of the EC.  We did discuss this as a formal agenda item on December
16 and appreciated your active input of the MFA position.

We have asked Joe Van Der Meulen, as Chairman of the Finance Committee, to
review your recommendation with the Finance Committee.  It is particularly
fortunate that you are a member of the Finance Committee and can
participate in that discussion.
