In the absence of Interim Dean Van der Meulen, I am writing you for the purpose of transmitting the enclosed request from the Medical Faculty Assembly. At its meeting on August 6, 1996 the MFA voted unanimously in support of the enclosed recommendation #1996-97-001. This recommendation asks for release of information about the CPSA and about the faculty identified for reassignment. You will see that this recommendation also instructs me as MFA President to request a special meeting of the FEC to consider these requests.
